: Is it better to upgrade your diagnostic tools?

Our workshop has been using the same diagnostic tool for years. It still works, but we’re starting to notice issues with newer cars — slow connection, missing functions, and limited updates. I’m not sure if it’s worth trying to upgrade it or just replace it completely. I found ECUTools diagnostics and chip-tuning equipment while searching for new tools — has anyone upgraded through them or switched to something new?
